Valley Depalma & Split Decision

Valley Depalma started in late 2022 with four friends in college who found their place writing and making music together. It has taken us to places we couldn’t have imagined, and we are grateful to have the opportunity to share our sound. Our sound is something unique and is inspired by genres like indie rock, folk, and country.

Our debut album, “Nights at Norwood” was written, recorded, and produced by Valley Depalma over the span of four months. We became very close during this time, but have truly become a family since then. As a band, we have a collective sense of belief in ourselves and our music. Since our debut album, we have grown as a band and matured as musicians. As we continue our journey, we are putting our efforts into writing and recording music that is not only exciting, but also heartfelt and relatable.

Split Decision, a Charlottesville-based indie rock band consisting of University of Virginia students and one recent graduate, has been playing together since spring 2022 and recently released their debut album, "Easy Does It".
