Penelope Road is the college band you want to grow old with.

The five-piece from Atlanta solidified in late 2022, featuring Max Moore on lead vocals and guitar, Charles Eastman on lead vocals and keys, Koan Roy-Meighoo on guitar, James Kopp on bass and Anthony Smith on the drums.

The members diverse musical influences combine soulful blues, punk ferocity and jazzy pop to create an eclectic sound with inventive arrangements that put the band in a league of their own.

Whether it’s playing for a lively crowd in a packed bar or for friends on the living room couch, Penelope Road delivers an ascending experience with its wandering melodies, groovy baselines and dreamy harmonies.

The boys are just starting to hit their stride with no signs of slowing down. In time they will earn their rank alongside acts such as Lake Street Dive, Goose and Marcus King.
