Ark of Mark is the latest musical project of Charlottesville native Mark Coffman, former frontman of the band From Here On Blue. His debut full-length album, Still Defined By You, was recorded at the Jefferson Theater and explores themes of love, loss, and unity. The music blends alternative rock, folk, and jazz, incorporating classical elements and improvised instrumental sections.
XOAP (pronounced zoap) is an alternative rock band drawing influences from bands such as DEVO, XTC, WEEN, and other bands that use capital case names. It is the solo project of Tyler Shand inspired by a glitchy iPod Shuffle, Colorado Aspirin, and a generous helping of Soup
