Bob Dylan's music has become a permanent cultural element the world over during the last fifty years. Deemed the "spokesman of his generation" in the 1960's, his songs have become synonymous with social change and commentary. Blurring the lines between folk, rock, and country, Dylan's enormous catalogue continues to remain simultaneously both contemporary and classic. On May 22nd, an eclectic blend of some of Charlottesville's best musical talent will be performing their own interpretations of some of these tunes in honor of Dylan's 74th birthday.
